The Coaching Co-Op

I have teamed up with colleagues to establish the Coaching Co-op, The coaching co-op is a group of coaches which I have recently joined. It currently comprises three people: Alex, Joan and myself and is informed by the following principles:

  • We are a network of independent coaching and consultancy practices
  • As qualified coaches, we offer a range of approaches whilst working to a shared set of ethical principles
  •  We are committed to working with professionals within the UK public sector and social and community enterprises working for public purposes
  • We work collaboratively, drawing on our combined resources to tailor coaching and/or consultancy to best serve clients’ needs.
  • We will be prepared to work together across individual company boundaries in order to facilitate this
  • We meet regularly to facilitate our collaborative approach.
  • We undertake shared external supervision.
